Much of today was spent on the floor of Convention, moving slowly through mostly inconsequential legislation. We also held elections for a couple of Church-wide offices. Meanwhile, the long awaited Resolutions on things like 2006 B-033, the revision of Title IV (the disciplinary Canons of the Church), mandatory lay pensions, and the Church-Wide health insurance plan are winding their way through Committees and will be coming up next week. One of today's highlights the visit of half a dozen international guests of House of Deputies' President Bonnie Anderson. The gave a very positive view of the way the American Church is viewed in the wider Anglican Communion.

A word or two on the Anaheim Convention Center. The place is huge, with three levels of meeting rooms.	There are plenty of long corridors on each of the three levels.
Fr. Francis Wade, the Chaplain of Convention, gives some very well-done reflections and meditations.	Jenny Te Paa from New Zealand was one of many impressive international guests.
The dais at Convention displays all of the national flags where the Episcopal Church is found	and our deputation has a second mascot.
